About Rafaela

Hello families, My name is Rafaela, and I live in DC. I have more than 8 years of experience in childcare, including working as daycare teacher before moving to the United States. Over the years, I have cared for children ranging in age from 4 month to 9 years old. I love creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where they can learn, play, feel loved and reach new milestones, whether it is daily routines, engaging in creative activities, reading books, or spending time outdoors is something that I truly enjoy and find incredibly rewarding. In addition to English, I also have conversational in Portuguese, Spanish, basic Italian which allows me to communicate with families from diverse backgrounds.
