I have 16 years of nanny experience and have worked with children ranging from 6 weeks to 15 years old, including children with significant needs. I also have experience with Montessori teachings and their practical application in everyday care. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have completed Love and Logic courses. I strongly believe that a structured, nurturing environment is essential for children. I am deeply focused on supporting their physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development while also encouraging independence. I enjoy planning hands-on activities, exploring the outdoors, going on field trips, and sharing story time together. I can't say enough good things about RaeLee. She is more than just a nanny for our daughter - she's a part of our family. We are a military family and she has been incredibly flexible and helped us through so many changes, deployments, late nights, and unpredictable schedules. She is incredibly kind, understanding, dependable - all around the best nanny we have ever had. She's helped my daughter to grow emotionally and academically. I only wish we could take RaeLee and her family with us when we move! She has been a huge blessing to our family.
