About Raechel

Hi there! I've cared for individuals as young as 9 and as old as 97 with 10 years of professional experience. I've worked both privately, in group homes, and assisted living facilities. I've cared for individuals who have cancer, CP, MS, autism, TBIs, paraplegic, quadriplegic, Parkinson's, dementia, Alzheimer's, epilepsy, stroke recovery, and seizure disorders. I offer assistance with transfers (pivoting, sit to stands, and hoyer lifts). I offer music therapy, speech encouragement therapy, physical therapy, and paint therapy. I also help with home management, laundry, cleaning, cooking, transportation, gardening, bathing, wound care, medication management, vitals, and daily tracking of progress. Part of what makes me special is my ability to pick up new languages so I can better connect to the individuals I service such as Russian, German, and ASL. I'm CPR certified through Red Cross. I'm currently earning my CRNA degree. Hopefully I can be a good match for you and your family!
