Hi, my name is Radsheda, I worked in the nursing field for 22 years , I value the importance of patient centered care, and always willing to go above and beyond, during my career, I have worked in a variety of healthcare settings. Including hospitals' long-term short-term facilities and rehabilitation centers. I'm very passionate about understanding the individual and their specific needs and the preferences of each client and tailoring my care accordingly. I have cared for clients with brain injuries, cerebral palsy, Alzheimers, ALS , dementia, and Parkinson's . I've worked with geriatric and younger adults. I have experience with Ostomy's , G tubes, and so much more . I specialize in Wound Care - Hospice Care, I love what I do, and I'm always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my clients get the best possible care and best outcomes.
