What stood out most to me about Racquel is she has a remarkable and rare ability to treat children (of any age) with respect. She talks to them (including a four-month-old baby) as an equal, has no end of conversation, and let's them guide it. She is fully engaged. Give her the parameters that matter to you, and your children will love her.
