About Rachel

I really enjoy working with seniors and would love the opportunity to help. I specifically love getting to know someone on a personal level and work with individuals to allow them to achieve daily tasks in order to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. My experience assisting seniors includes working in clinical trials for individuals with Alzheimers and other memory related disorders. In this role, I was able to develop my communication skills with individuals with these disorders and assist them in different functional activities. I have also received training in the area of occupational therapy. I was specifically trained in transfers and how to assist in various activities of daily living. I am a quick learner and am happy to undergo any additional training required.
