About Rachel

Hello parents! My name is McKenna (first name Rachel but I prefer McKenna) and I am looking for a full time nanny position. I started caring for children with baby sitting jobs in my teens and fell in love with it immediately. I have 4 years of experience working as a lead teacher at a Montessori child care facility where I received monthly training in Early Childhood Development. I also have my First Aid and CPR certification. I am currently nannying for a family of three kiddos, including twins! While I worked with a wide age group I specialize in the 6m- 2 year age range. I love engaging in fun and educational activities, but my favorites will always be singing, dancing, and creating art with the littles! In my time as a teacher I often created monthly calendars that weekly themed activities. This included art, sensory activities, and themed circle times. I have carried that experience over into my current position as a nanny where I now also do light house work.
