I have many years of experience working with home health and hospice. I firmly believe in caring with compassion and love. It is always my goal in entering a home to make the visit something the client looks forward to. I bring all the routine care such as bathing, meal prep, light house keeping and medication reminders and also companionship to make the days brighter and something worth looking forward to. I have a long history of dementia and Alzheimer's care as well as end of life. I am also trained with hoyer lifts, g-tubes and many other special needs. I prefer longer shifts of 8-12hr but am willing to consider shorter shifts if the distance from me isn't to great. If you feel I am a good fit for your family feel free to reach out.

Rachel was an answer to prayer. Not only did she help directly with the care of my mother, she was able to assemble a team of caregivers to cover extra hours when needed. Rachel was respectful of my need to have a mental break from care-giving, and took on scheduling and errands that lightened my load tremendously. She cared about my mother and went the extra mile to give her comfort and peace. She takes seriously the role of caregiver and seeks to not only provide physical needs, but to protect the dignity of those within her charge.
