About Rachel

-Supervise children and ensure safety. -Discipline and communicate in a caring way that child can understand. -Prepare meals when needed as well as cleaning. -Solution and negotiate into an acceptable compromise when needed. -Create a rapport with families to gain trust. -Multitasking and time management is an everyday skill that I use so the children have a routine and maintain. I currently have another job working as a dietary aide from Saturday-Wednesday from 2pm-7 p.m. More than welcomed to continue being a nanny on those days as well before and after those hours. I am currently a college student here in Arizona. I have great social skills with people of all ages and enjoys engaging with doing outdoor activities as well.
