I have PREVIOUSLY worked 4 years in a skilled nursing home facility as a CNA. I've also worked in an assisted living center and have done private home care for individuals that I knew personally. I can manually read blood pressure readings and take heart rate measurements as I was trained. I passed the test for the CNA Test twice, I just didn't recertify my license as the last seven years I've worked in the food industry mainly. I've been certified in CPR in the past, however it was more than 10 years ago. I have more than 10 years experience in working with people on a social level as far as customer service goes. I've also done house cleaning services as a housekeeper. I strive to do my best no matter what my job is and as a single mother of two boys my title has been many different things over the years. And I strongly believe that in order to do a job like this you have to have a huge heart with lots of compassion and empathy for others which I like to believe I carry a lot of!

Rachel was such a blessing to have as a caregiver for our family member who required complete assistance with ADLs. She was always attentive to his needs and we feel he received the highest level of care from her. Truly a caring and compassionate person.
