About Rachel

Hi! I am a newly board certified Physician Assistant. I will start my full-time job in early September and am looking to keep up my medical knowledge/skills and earn a little money while I await my start date. I am newly married! I have completed 12 clinical rotations where I worked closely with seniors and feel confident caring for their everyday needs. Before PA school, I worked as a medical assistant in internal medicine where I had experience with complex medical histories and medication regimens. I love working with seniors. I truly enjoy being in their company and hearing their life stories. I have seen first-hand the loneliness elders experience and the benefits of someone regularly checking in and providing social interaction for them. I'd describe my personality as caring, patient, positive, and diligent. I like caring for seniors because they have amazing life stories and wisdom! In my spare time, I like to run, travel, and cook!
