Hello! I have been working with kids since I was one. I have been an overnight summer camp counselor for years, babysat family and friends' children, volunteered / worked at Sunday schools, worked as a floater and substitute preschool teacher, was an at home caregiver for a medically fragile individual, and worked as a special education aide in a school district. I am currently substitute teaching as I acclimate to my new location. I earned a Bachelors in Child and Adolescent Development in Spring 2021 and a Moderate / Severe special education teaching credential from CSUF in Spring 2022. I am looking to apply my skills in a way that benefits families part-time.

Rachel cared for my adult developmentally disabled son and did an outstanding job! We had to move and we really miss her! She has a very calm demeanor and kept my son engaged and on schedule. She is responsible, articulate and creative. He just loved her and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND her.
