Experience: I've babysat for families with multiple kids ranging from 2 months - 14 years old. I've worked as a camp counselor, and as a social skills group facilitator for kids with Autism and ADHD. I was an ESL teacher for elementary students in Korea. I worked as an au pair in Australia and volunteered at two schools for kids with special needs. I aim to provide a supportive, encouraging space for children to explore, grow, and just be themselves. I love being outdoors, doing arts & crafts, reading, and engaging in ways that don't rely on technology. I'm a compassionate, patient, and open-minded individual. Rachel has been wonderful with our 15-month-old daughter! We needed a nanny for five weeks and she has been very caring and thoughtful with her. She’s an excellent communicator and has been flexible with us. So happy to have found her!
