About Rachel

Hi! My name is Rachel P. For the past six years, I've had the joy of watching children of all ages thrive and develop. I began as a youth counselor for the YMCA and grew to love caring for kids of many ages. I have served in the church nursery caring for 1-year-olds as well. I hold a B. S. in Elementary Education with a concentration in STEM Education from North Carolina State University. Through my time there, I also completed Early Child Development coursework. I am a certified teacher with current First Aid Training and CPR Training. My approach is patient and kind. I strive to create a fun and educational environment through games, puzzles, and outdoor activities. I believe that every time to play is an opportunity to learn! I am comfortable caring for up to three children. Ultimately, I want to support your family and provide the best care possible for your little ones.
