It's unfortunate I have to write this but I feel it's not duty to be transparent and hope someone doesn't experience what I had. Rachel seemed very interested in my job I was looking to fill, we had a nice phone conversation and had agreed to meet in person to go over details with plans to start the role. After attempting to confirm her arrival the morning of our meeting she failed to respond, didn't show up for our chat and never reached out after. This was two weeks ago and still have not heard from her. Disappointed as this app and childcare is foundational about communication and reliability which neither were demonstrated by this individual.
