We hired Rachel and she initially was great. She worked well with our daughter and seemed like a good fit. But she seems to have a lot going on in her personal life, and I tried being as understanding as possible and willing to work with her through it. But she then ghosted us and gave us no notice. My husband and I have busy jobs so it has been hard figuring out what to do. A call would have been nice to just let us know she could no longer work so we could somewhat prepare, but we got nothing :(
