About Rachel

I have 14 years of hands-on childcare experience caring for children from as young as 6 weeks. I truly enjoy helping children learn, grow, and feel supported. My background includes working in daycare and in special education, giving me experience supporting children with a variety of needs, abilities. I bring a patient and dependable approach to childcare, and I love finding creative ways to keep children engaged. Including making crafts, reading stories, or baking together. I enjoy creating an environment where children feel safe, comfortable, and encouraged to be themselves. I understand that every child is different, and I strive to meet each child where they are in their individual development. I value open communication with parents and understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your children. I am happy to follow your family's routines, household rules, and parenting preferences to help maintain consistency and make your daily life a little easier.
