About Rachelle

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the families I support. With three years of experience and a graduate degree in Early Childhood Education, I offer a professional yet creative approach to care. I am comfortable managing groups of up to four children, ranging from infants to pre-teens. My qualifications include CPR Training and First Aid Training. Because I am a certified teacher, I love incorporating educational games and crafts into our daily routine. I am also happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I prioritize your preferred communication style, whether through written reports or quick updates, to ensure you feel connected. I am very comfortable enforcing your household rules consistently. I look forward to the opportunity to bring my friendly, imaginative energy into your home to help your children thrive.
