About Rachelle

I love working with children and have babysat since I was a teenager. I have worked with children from all ages, infancy and beyond. I graduated with an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education, and I intend to further my education and experience; as working with children is my dream. I worked at the daycare on campus working with infants and toddlers. My overall care experience consists of: bottle feeding, preparing meals, changing diapers, comforting children with separation anxiety, implementing positive reinforcement and redirecting negative behavior in a healthy way, supervising children during safe play, working with children individually on their personal developmental stages and helping them learn and explore the world around them. I believe it is important to ensure children are being nurtured and feeling loved. To develop a healthy connection to this world, children need to feel they belong in order to grow at a healthy rate mentally, emotionally and physically.
