About Rachel

I'd describe my personality as calm, positive, steady, and thoughtful. I like working with kids because it is something that feels very natural to me and I find a lot of joy in it. There is a feeling of delight in spending time with kids that nothing else can bring. I love being around their creative and curious little minds and I love how unexpected they can be. Although it can be chaotic, it's an honor anytime I can be apart of caring for and teaching the simplicities of life to little ones. I started working with kids when I was about 13 and I babysat for the first time. In my spare time, I like to bake, play sports, paint, read, spend time with my family and friends, and go on walks. One thing you should know about me is that I will play with your kids. I love being apart of all their imaginative games so I won't be a babysitter who just sits back and watches.
