About Rachel

I'd describe my personality as energetic, personable, direct. I like working with kids because they are fun and deserving of utmost care! I'm looking for a job that I can do part time while my husband finishes with his PhD program at UT. I started working with kids when.... I have babysat off and on, mostly in high school and college for date nights. I am around my niece a lot (she is almost 1) and most of my friends have/are having babies so I am comfortable with babies all the way to high schoolers. I love kids because I love people! In my spare time, I like to spend time with my husband, go to fun restaurants, go to spin class, and am actively involved in an amazing church, Providence. One thing you should know about me is I am loving, engaging, and flexible. I prefer direct communication/expectations and to be treated as an equal! I recently stopped working my corporate job of 7 years so I am doing this for fun and because I want parents to be supported and kids loved!
