About Rachel

Hello! I am a mom and doula looking to help other parents with their children. I believe it takes a village, and that both children and their parents deserve to feel safe and cared for. Leaving your child is not easy, but it can be a little less overwhelming with someone you trust. I believe in and practice attached/gentle/positive parenting and child care. I will not provide any type of corporal punishment or the sleep training method "cry it out". I have served nearly 100 families prenatally, for the duration of their labor and birth, and postpartum. I am currently looking for work more conducive to scheduling, and am hoping to find work with a family who would be willing to allow me to bring my two youngest children along; ages 5 and 8.
