About Rachel

I had the privilege of working for a few months at an Early Learning Center in 2016 where I had the responsibility of being a Teacher's Aide. My job consisted of helping the teacher with lessons, cleaning, snack time, activity time, nap time, changing diapers, and supervision. I had the privilege of working at a camp for 3 summers working with children ranging from 1-7 years old in different classes. I had the responsibility of leading lessons/activities/snack time, cleaning, and supervising. During both of these jobs I received CPR/First Aid training. I also was able to gain experience with children during my college years through Education field experiences where I volunteered/shadowed in a kindergarten classroom. During my student teaching internship I spent a whole semester teaching in a kindergarten classroom. I had the privilege of nannying my nephew from a very early age until he was 2 1/2 years old. I enjoy watching children grow and aiding in that development!
