Rachel has been nannying and babysitting for us twice a week and is unbelievable in every sense of the word. She always arrives on time and is so experienced in childcare. She started when our daughter was under three months old and always keeps her very engaged and entertained - reading, tummy time, practice rolling, talking, etc. She’s also the best at getting her to sleep and eat. I wish we could hire her full-time.
