About Rachel

Hello Families, My name is Rachel, and I recently moved back to Maryland after spending the past 10 years living in New York City. I am 30 years old and have been working with children since I was 15. Teaching and caring for children has always been a true passion of mine, and I feel incredibly grateful to have built my career around something I genuinely love. I have experience working as a teacher with children from infancy through 3rd grade. I take pride in creating a safe, nurturing, engaging, and supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. In addition, I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, which has given me a deeper understanding of child development, behavior, and emotional growth. At this time, I am looking for a summer position before the upcoming school year begins. I would love the opportunity to support a family looking for someone dependable, experienced, patient, and caring. I look forward to connecting with families!
