About Rachel

Hello! My name is Rachel and I'm a current MSW student at Pitt, but will be transferring to Duquesne's school psych program this fall. I have 10+ years of childcare experience. I'm comfortable watching multiple children at a time and across all age ranges. I have specific experience caring for babies, children that have experienced trauma, children on the spectrum, and with kids involved in the foster care system. I also have a car and am comfortable transporting children. After providing child care for many years, I have done every task imaginable! I enjoy taking the child(ren) out in the community, helping with homework, and finding ways to keep them entertained in the home! I'm currently looking for occasional/weeknight/weekend work. I have finals the last week of April and my classes will start back-up on August 21st. During my time off, I'm looking for a more consistent child care job to do in addition to my part-time research one, which is flexible. Thanks for reading!
