About Rachel

Making a positive impact on children's lives is my passion. I have experience caring for infants, toddlers, and teenagers, through daycare, babysitting, and Bible camp. My daycare experience has helped me develop an understanding of infants' needs, including providing attentive care, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting their early development. I also hold a STARS certification and value creating a nurturing, engaging environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. I bring a patient, energetic, and friendly approach to childcare and enjoy planning creative activities, encouraging exploration, and helping children learn through play. I understand the importance of clear communication with parents, following established routines, and respecting each family's preferences. My goal is to provide dependable, compassionate care that supports both children and their families.
