I've been caring for children for almost 20 years. I love working with children. I have my Bachelors degree in Family and Human Services from the University of Oregon. I worked in a childcare center from 2015 to 2023. Since leaving the center, I am getting back into babysitting/nannying again. I have studied child development and continue to further my education on the topic. I am interested in caring for your little one or little ones. I am available Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. I am also available on the weekends, if necessary. I am flexible on the hourly rate. I am first aid and CPR certified. I have lots of experience with children, especially infants and toddlers. We feel so incredibly lucky to have met Rachel. I was returning to work when my baby was 12 weeks, and very nervous to leave him in someone else’s care. Rachel had fantastic experience caring for multiple infants at the same time, and impeccable references. Throughout the time she worked with our family, she was incredibly kind, responsible, and conscientious. She always arrived early and eager to take the baby, and our son was happy and smiling when we got home at the end of the day. She did art projects with him that I’ll cherish forever. She gave very helpful advice and recommendations when asked, but was also very respectful of our parenting decisions. Any family would be lucky to work with her!!
