About Rachel

I'd describe my personality as patient, honest, and kind. I am also very reliable and attentive. It has been a passion of mine to work with children since I was a teen. I want to provide children the best possible physical and emotional support that I can. It is my goal for all children in my care to feel safe and loved. I started working with kids when I was in high school. I went to a K-12th school during my high school years and began tutoring the younger children then, as well as started to provide part-time babysitting services for family friends and neighbors. I have various experiences working with children from ages 6 months to 17 years. I have been both a full-time nanny and part-time sitter. I have also been a private tutor and a teacher's assistant in a preschool as well. I have 2 college degrees: One in Child Development and Education, and one in Social and Behavioral Sciences. I am also CPR and first aid certified. Helping children thrive in life is my true passion.
