About Rachel

Rachel was our in-home nanny to our two children, 1.5 years old and 2.5 years old, her responsibilities included childcare, meal preparation, and light housework While Rachel worked for our family, she was reliable, trustworthy, and kind. She has not taken an unanticipated day off and has always showed up early to work every morning. She has been flexible to stay late or add extra evening hours which have been highly appreciated. She engaged our children in play and creative activities, and always spoke to them in a developmentally appropriate manner. She has been open to feedback and modified schedules and activities based on parental preferences. Our children have grown to enjoy their time with Rachel, and as parents we have grown comfortable to fully entrust our children's safety and growth in her hands. We had a change in our childcare needs so we unfortunately had to let Rachel go; however any family would be fortunate to have her for childcare services.
