About Rachel

Hello! My name is Rachel. I have worked with kids for about 8 years now. I started by volunteering at the nursery of West Side Church. Now I primarily work as a nanny and babysitter. I have taken care of children of all ages. I am very capable, patient, and can adapt well to different circumstances or support needs. I like to bring different age appropriate toys and games. As well as plan activities to make their time with me fun and engaging. I am able to understand and speak Spanish at around a level 2 and have worked with many bilingual families. I do also know some American Sign Language, though I am still a beginner. I got my babysitting license through the Red Cross, and have taken courses on first aid and CPR. I am totally comfortable with pets. I have a car and drivers license, and am able to provide transportation if needed. I am also able to cook and am able to helping out with light cleaning if needed.
