About Rachel

I have been around animals my entire life. As a child my parents were always rescuing stray animals. When I was 9 I was in the 4H rabbit program and later I trained 3 of our dogs in the 4H dog program. I have also worked as a kennel attendant, and in high school I pet sat for a local groomer. I currently have 2 cats, Cricket and Jojo, they are almost 7 years old. We have had Cricket since the day she was born (my parents own her mom and grandma) and we got Jojo a few weeks later (my sister owns her mom and my parents have her grandma). While I would love tobring a dog into our family, we do not have the space. I spend most of my weekends wandering animal shelters and I post pictures of dogs and cats I fall in love with on my facebook and myspace so others can see them.
