About Rachel

Hello! My name is Rachel. I am a Hampton University grad with a degree in Liberal Studies. My degree focus was on Elementary Education. If needed, I can also provide tutoring services. I love working with children and have been doing so in a childcare setting since 2016. For the past few years, I worked at a learning center as a teacher's assistant with toddlers and preschool during school breaks. Upon graduating, I became a state-certified infant and toddler teacher and began working as the lead infant teacher at the same daycare. I worked as the lead for a little over a year. I currently work at a Montessori academy as a 1-year-old teacher. I was also an in-house behavior technician where I provided aba therapy to children with autism and other related developmental disabilities. I've primarily worked with infants and toddlers, but I love working with children of all ages. I have a reliable mode of transportation and am CPR/First-Aid certified.
