About Rachel

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, friendly, and tenacious I'm looking for a job that pushes me every day to be better than the person I was the day before. I started working with kids when I was in middle school. we had this program called Where Everybody Belongs (W. E. B.). it was a program created to make 6th graders feel comfortable on their first day of school. I was meant to help kids feel comfortable in their own skin. I also grew up playing in the world of competitive sports where my sports teams would host camps for kids and help them develop skills for that particular sport. When I was in high school, my volleyball coach was a kindergarten teacher, and I volunteered in her class three days a week for a couple hours each day. The kids and I quickly grew a relationship, and it only strengthened my passion for working with kids.
