About Rachael

Rachael is a wonderful person and a hard worker. She has worked for me for several years now and has grown both personally and professionally to become a great employee and role model for the children that she works with. She is caring, but firm and has a great rapport with the children she supports. Since she began working for me she has received a promotion and this was clearly the right decision. Her leadership skills and organization are just two of the things that I can highlight on her behalf that made her a good candidate for the position. Her work ethic is outstanding and she always seems to be one step ahead of the game when being given a directive. Rachael is a top Group Leader at a Camp and is going to make a great impact on the lives of the children with whom she works with as she has already been doing all along. I highly recommend her because of all of these above-mentioned things.
