About Rachael

Raechel is the absolute best! We are moving out of the area, otherwise we would love to have her as our nanny for a long time. Rachael is an excellent caretaker for our 10-month old baby. She goes above and beyond to help him with his development. She has developed a close relationship with him and it has made me very happy seeing the two of them together as my son grows. Rachael helped transition my son to taking his naps in his crib, which was a big struggle for me and something that Rachael was able to do very quickly. She takes our son to the park nearly every day and socializes him with other children. She reads to him and helps him develop his motor skills. She sings to him and gives him a lot of love. She taught him to wave, to high five, and works on walking with him. She is very intentional with how she interacts with him to keep him developing. And when he goes down for his naps, she goes the extra mile, helping us out by cleaning up the kitchen, folding my son's laundry, or giving my dog some attention and exercise in the backyard. She even helped us out with traveling to San Diego to watch my son and his cousin (both under a year) during a wedding and handled the two of them in a hotel room with ease. This was no small task as her cousin and my son can both be a handful by themselves. She arrives on time and even brings my son and dog toys to play with together throughout the day. She is a pleasure to be around, and we have enjoyed getting to know her over the past 6 months. We really wish she could move with us!!
