I met Rachael when my daughter joined her toddler classroom nearly four years ago. As a parent and fellow early childhood professional I could tell that Rachael's care for children and educational philosophy was a tremendously positive influence in my daughter's personal growth and development. Once our daughter moved on to a new classroom we continued utilizing Rachael's impressive skills as a regular babysitter and part-time nanny. Once our son was born I fully trusted Rachael to pick up our daughter from school and spend the afternoons with her in engaging activities. Rachael continues babysitting for both of our children and has had a lasting impact on their lives. She is respectful of our family's values and treats our children with dignity while maintaining appropriate expectations for behavior.
