About Rachael

Hello, my name is Rachael ! I have my bachelor's degree in psychology and master's in applied behavior analysis. Over the past 15 years, I have been a childcare provider for many families in their homes and have experience working with neurodiversity and neuro divergent children, primarily between the ages of 2 and 12 years old. Throughout college, I nannied two boys; one that I have watched for the past 7 years and another that I have watched over the past 3 years. I love working closely with caregivers of the child because I understand the importance of good communication, collaboration, and trustworthiness within a family unit. My professional work experience include me working as a behavior therapist, personal care assistant for several different students, as well as a classroom aide in elementary autistic support classrooms for a few school districts. I am also currently a licensed behavior specialist and certified as a behavior therapist.
