About Rachael

Hello, parents!! My name is Rachael and I am a caring, dependable, and patient childcare provider with a B. A. in English from the University of North Texas and professional experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I also have several years of experience caring for autistic and neurodivergent children ages 2-10, giving me experience supporting children with different communication styles, routines, and individual needs. I'm CPR certified and comfortable with active supervision, structured activities, play, potty training, meals, routines, transitions, and maintaining a safe and positive environment. I'm attentive, responsible, and adaptable, and I strive to make children feel comfortable, supported, and understood. I'm available for babysitting and nannying and would be happy to provide individualized care based on each family's needs. Thank you!!
