About Rachael

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, creative, and loyal. I like working with kids because it is a mutual learning experience. They teach you to slow down and pay attention to the little things while you teach them how to experience and be apart of the world at large! I'm looking for a job that is open in communication, gives flexibility, praises creativity and new ideas/experiences! I started working with kids when I was in high school, babysitting for family friends. I started Nannying as a career back in 2018. In my spare time, I like to thrift shop, experiment cooking new recipes, garden, and hike with my dogs! One thing you should know about me is I am extremely dedicated to making sure children get the most out of each life experience / encounter. I believe in letting kids try things out on their own in a safe environment. I also think it is so important to connect with nature. My skills include attention to detail, patience, and organization.
