About Rachael

Rachael worked with our family for 10 years, and we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She was extraordinary from day one! She is reliable, responsible, warm, and capable. Over the years she cared for our children from infancy (10 months) through their early teens, and she supported our family through every stage with grace and good judgment. Rachael handled daily routines and logistics with ease: driving the kids everywhere they needed to be, making dinner, keeping the house tidy, and even accompanying us on family vacations. When we traveled without the children, she stayed at our home and managed everything seamlessly. She followed instructions perfectly, but one of her greatest strengths was her ability to anticipate needs and figure things out independently when no guidance was provided. She is incredibly creative and playful, and our children formed a deep bond with her that has lasted even after she moved too far away to continue working with us. Even once our kids were older and no longer needed a nanny, Rachael continued helping our family with extra driving, errands, and personal shopping. She’s also wonderful with animals, and our pets adored her. Rachael is trustworthy, intuitive, and exceptional in every way. I would hire her again for absolutely anything. Any family would be lucky to have her.
