About Rachael

I'm currently working on my Master's in Social Work, specializing in working with older adults, at UTA. I'd describe my personality as caring, patient, and fun. I like caring for seniors because they are such an amazing group of people with so much to teach the younger generations. I enjoy spending time with them and getting to know them. I'm looking for a job that allows me to use my skills to better the lives of others. I started caring for seniors about 24 years ago with my grandmother who had Alzheimer's. Since then, I have been the go to person for friends and family to care for their older loved ones. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family. My husband, our kids, and I love to play board games together. One thing you should know about me is I have had a lifelong passion for helping the elderly. This is why I am currently working on my MSW, so I can better the lives of the older community. My skills include patience, empathy, and experience.
