About Rabayah

I am an enthusiastic, responsible and caring adult in my early 30's. I have always loved and been committed to young children, even though I am an international development professional who has been working a 9-5 in the government for the last five years. Before that job, I worked with a family I connected with on care. com and I have been grateful for that experience and connection. The last three years, I have volunteered one night a week at DC General Family Homeless Shelter, playing with and caring for residents' babies and children (infants through age 3), and have also separately been a reading mentor to third grade children. The city of DC requires background checks (which I have passed), and I have also taken numerous trainings in trauma-informed care of children from mutli-cultural backgrounds. I am also a very loving aunt to two nieces (2 years & 1 year) who I have extensive experience with caring for. I love kids and am great with babies. I also speak French.
