Quinn was punctual and very organized during our interview. I found her to be very laid back (a must if you are going to handle toddlers) and very communicative. It was only a few days after our interview that I discovered that the needs for the nanny job she applied for had changed. I have no doubt she would be a great addition for a family with younger kids!
