Planning and organizing activities is an exciting adventure for me. This also brings structure to a child's day that not only helps me as the caregiver, but also helps the child build confidence and a sense of security. Not to mention this helps the parents. As a mother of 4 (17, 13, 11, & 10 yrs old) I have come to find having a planned schedule helps in many ways. Seeing the smiles and warmth of the child fills me with joy. I am always thankful for the opportunity to enrich one's life.

After a few scrolls on Care.com, I came across Quinese's profile, decided to reach out to her and am glad I did. During my interview with her, it was evident that Quinese is highly experienced in child care. She asked many questions that I as a parent never thought to ask and by the end of the interview I knew I'd chosen the right person for our family. My husband and I hired her to watch our 2 girls, ages 9 and 4, while we attended an event. Within seconds of Quinese meeting our girls, I knew she would be a perfect fit for them. She met both girls at their level, was fully engaged with them and made them feel comfortable. She came prepared with numerous ideas for an evening of pure fun! When Quninese left, my little one asked me if she could come back tomorrow to babysit :) We'll certainly be contacting her again!
