Quianda has cared for our 15-month old child on 3 afternoons a week for the past 3 months. Our daughter quickly came to love her. Quianda fed her at snack time, changed her diapers, read stories, sang songs, took her to the playground, and generally kept her company. Quianda was punctual, communicative, and easy-going about schedule changes. She was also quick to tell us about any of our daughter's new skills or behaviors. She has a friendly, pleasant demeanor, and was easy to have in our home. We intend to continue to utilize her on an as-needed basis as we transition to a full-time nanny share.
