Throughout life I have always felt drawn to assisting others with efficiency, later developing a passion for dedicating time, and diligence in pursuit of a higher education. With an increasing educational experience and organized development I have embodied the professionalism, compassion, and humble versatile teacher, teacher's assistant teacher, and floater. With over 10 years of experience instructing students, supporting co-workers and lead teachers. I have obtained an abundance of knowledge and innate strength for reinforcing rules, policies, safety precautions and procedures. Lastly, being proactive in creating inspiring and motivational lesson plans that conjunct the children's needs and the curriculum's objectives through visual and scribed observations.
