Experience of 10 years with being a caregiver/CNA with a strong background in providing compassionate support to individuals in various healthcare settings. With a focus on mental health disabilities, senior care, companionship, and many more! I have honed my skills in patient care, while maintaining a clean and safe environment. With experience as a resident assistant, nursing aide, and direct support professional, I am seeking opportunities in the healthcare industry, particularly in roles such as caregiver, HHA. I would like to focus my love and passion on approximately 1 to 2 people instead of the staff ratio in nursing homes, which are 1:10 or greater.
