About Qiana

Hey Hey! My name is Qiana but feel free to call me Ms. Qi! I would describe myself as an upbeat, intentional, and nurturing nanny who creates a safe, loving environment for children to feel valued and supported. I believe that consistency and patience help children thrive, while also encouraging independence, confidence, and age-appropriate responsibility. I have worked as a professional nanny going on 8 years now! In those 8 years I have provided quality learning experiences and care for many families. From teaching full time with the NC PreK program, nannying full time, offering productive learning time, date nights, overnight care and more; you can definitely say this is my passion! I love what I do and being able to provide an extra hand when needed! I enjoy being a part of my little one's growth and seeing their look of pride when they accomplish new things!
