Here I gained, contributed, and participated in a variety of research, outreach, and advocacy related projects/studies/programs within and between the divisions of community and population health and academic general pediatrics. Additionally, I have served as an Executive Board Member for 5 years at Reach Out & Read IL through the American Academy of Pediatrics, IL Chapter as well as a Junior Executive Board Member for over 1 year with a community-based non-profit organization, Chicago Youth Programs. Currently I am attaining my MPH degree (online/part-time) at John's Hopkins University.
